Return & Refund Policy
At Meridian Glow, we stand behind the clinical quality of our products and education. Our policy covers both our physical tools and our digital protocols.
1. Digital Products (Online Courses & Protocols) Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all digital course purchases are final and non-refundable once the access link has been sent or the content has been accessed.

Exception: If you purchased a course by mistake and have not accessed/logged in to the content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting
support@meridianglow.com.
2. Physical Products (Gua Sha Tools & Skincare) We have a 30-day return policy for our physical items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene & Safety Exception: For the safety of all our customers, Gua Sha tools and skincare serums cannot be returned or refunded if the safety seal is broken, or if the product has been opened/used. We cannot restock items that have touched the skin.
3. Bundle Purchases If you purchased a "Tool + Course" bundle and wish to return the physical tool:

The physical tool must meet the return criteria in Section 2.

The retail value of the digital course (which is non-refundable) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return for a physical item, contact us at support@meridianglow.com.

If accepted, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For digital products, if you experience technical issues accessing the content, our team will provide support within 24-48 hours.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in original, unused, and sealed condition. Please note: This does not apply to digital content if you have already started the download or streaming process.
7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your physical return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the refund.
