1. Digital Products (Instant Access) Applies to: Video Masterclasses, Follow-Along Routines, PDF Blueprints, and all digital content.

How it works: As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an email with your secure login details or download links. There are no shipping fees or wait times for digital products. Digital products are available to customers worldwide.
2. Physical Products (Pre-Launch Phase) Applies to: Physical Gua Sha tools, skincare serums, and any other physical merchandise. We are currently in our Pre-Launch Phase for our physical tools, finalizing our initial inventory to ensure clinical-grade quality.

Pre-Launch Schedule: All physical products currently listed as "Sold Out" or available for pre-order will begin shipping once our official launch date is announced. We expect to begin fulfilling physical orders in Spring 2026. Once your physical order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Destinations & Rates (Physical Products Only) At this time, we only ship physical goods within the United States. We hope to expand our physical shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.

4. Processing Time (Physical Products Only) Under normal operations, physical orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During our launch period, processing times may vary, and we will keep all customers updated via email.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
